Geoff Hauer is the Principal Broker/Owner of Cherry Point Properties.  The company was established in 2011 with the sole purpose of bringing his deep real estate expertise to buyers and sellers in Cherry Point and the surrounding Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village and Southeast Denver areas.  

Geoff began his real estate career in 1998 as a residential appraiser.   After obtaining a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, he expanded his professional portfolio as a real estate technology entrepreneur, developing and bringing to market one of the first mobile property management applications in the early 2000's.  In 2008, the draw of real estate pulled him away from technology and toward brokerage, establishing Cherry Point Properties soon thereafter to broker residential properties.  In addition to being the owner of Cherry Point Properties, Geoff also holds the highest real estate appraisal licensure available in Colorado of "Certified General Appraiser", and has been qualified as a "real estate expert" in residential, commercial and eminent domain litigation cases across several court jurisdictions in Colorado.  At his core, Geoff is a true real estate expert.  He is versed in both residential and commercial property and transactions and brings this diverse and in depth understanding of real estate to bear in assisting his clients in a way that few other practitioners can.
